A house to enjoy the beautiful California weather
Our home has 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, an office and a 1/2 bathroom. The house is very well insulated, and all bedrooms except guest bedroom have air conditioning. The whole house has heating. Open floor plan for the kitchen, living room and dining room that lead onto a spacious, private garden with a pond and two seating areas and outside kitchen.
Calm family street in walking distance to essential shopping. 5-minute care drive to the supermarket and downtown Los Altos or Mountain View. Farmer's market every Thursday from May - October in downtown Los Altos. Fifteen minutes from Stanford University and Shopping Center. Forty-five minutes to San Francisco but with much, MUCH better weather!
Summers are dry and warm, winters are mild with occasional rain.
