Spanglish House close to the lake
My house is located in a lively residential neighborhood just 10 minutes from downtown Toronto. The great thing about this location is that you have access to the lakefront within a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride, but you can also access the city center via the commuter train. We also live close to the subway and streetcars. The neighborhood has several restaurants worth visiting, as well as several breweries with their own brews. Plus, the Jazz Festival takes place at the end of July. Main Street is closed off to celebrate.

Familepresentasjonstekst
We're a mixed-race couple. This means one half is Spanish and the other half is English. We're both majoring in geology (yes, we're weirdos). We have a son (in my case, stepson) in his teens, all very amusing (changes in his voice, in his tastes, going out at night, etc.) who loves music and plays several instruments. Personally, I really enjoy cooking, knitting, and, since I moved to a house with a garden, plants. On the other hand, James, my husband, really enjoys making furniture and tools out of wood (he recently made a beautiful workbench). He travels a lot for work, and I sometimes accompany him, depending on the location.
