A cozy but spacious house with garden in Salzburg, the birthplace of Mozart and the Sound of Music!
Our newly renovated house is located on a quiet street, surrounded by fields and forests in the north east part of Salzburg. The City Centre can be reached in only 10 minutes by bus, or bike.
2 grocery stores are within walking distance, and there is a farm nearby where one can get fresh eggs and milk.
The highway is nearby, and Salzburg Hbf (main train station) is 10 mins away by car. There are various local buses and regional buses that can take one into the City Centre and also outwards to the beautiful sites of the mountain and lake region of the Salzkammergut. Fuschlsee for example, is just a 25 minute drive away, and is the closest lake to Salzburg.
All mountain sport activities (hiking,climbing, mountain biking) are just a short drive away.

Familepresentasjonstekst
We are a bilingual Austrian/Canadian family of four. We work in the performing arts (opera, dance, and theatre), and our two sons are teenagers.
We are a sporty family, and love to play basketball, and head for the mountains as often as we can, to either ski and snowboard, or hike and mountain bike.
We also have 2 cats in the family :-)
