I am an orderly person, but not too much. That means if you need a very very clean place, you should better chose another apartment. The Apartment (64 qm) has three rooms, but one small room is not for using, the place you may use has 56 qm, two rooms, bath and kitchen. One room 18 qm has double bed for two persons, the other room 18qm has one sofa that you may use as a bed. In addition I have a very high quality guest bed and another normal guest bed, so five people may sleep at my place.
Few things I would like to mention. The leather sofa was very expensive and should be treated good, no sharpe objects should be used, especially children should be careful. Please do no smoke in the apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony. Unfortunately I have a sensitive neighbor and he sleeps under my sons (double bed) room, it would be fine, not to be too loud after 10 pm. I guess you will feel comfortable, it is wonderful to have breakfast on the balcony. Duvets, bed linen, towels and two keys are provided. In my sons room are plenty of toys that can be used.
