The villa is located near the village of Dikella, just 20 km from the city of Alexandroupolis (AXD Airport). The area consists mainly of similar houses and villas, offering a peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere.

The house has two floors, a fully livable basement, and a large garden surrounding it. It also shares a spacious common yard with two other independent villas.

Inside, you’ll find one master bedroom on the upper floor, one guest room on the ground floor, and an additional double bed in the basement. There are two shower bathrooms — one on the ground floor and one upstairs — for your convenience.

The beach is only 50 meters from the front door, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or even fishing. A short drive or walk along the coast will bring you to several beach bars, taverns, and restaurants.

The village of Dikella (2 km away) offers a supermarket, mini markets, a bakery, a gas station, and several local restaurants. The nearest pharmacy is located in the nearby village of Makri, about 10 km away.
