Passive house in Normandy deep countryside

Dear Intervac friends,
We offer you a passive wooden house, built in 2012 in a quiet hamlet by a forest. The neighbour is very calm. It is located a 15 minutes from Château Gaillard (Les Andelys), 25 minutes from the gardens of Claude Monet, 30 minutes from the city of Rouen et 1 hour driving from Paris.
We have already done 3 home exchanges, in France and now, we would like to visit Europe.
Our house is ideal for a family of 4 or 5. It has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside it has a terrace and a private garden with dining area, a barbecue. There are also three hens and a vegetable garden: so you can get eggs and vegetables :-)

PS: We have already done several home exchanges in France and, now that the children are growing, we are ready to go anywhere!

The neighbour is very calm. We live in a small hamlet consisting of around twenty houses.
It is located at 15 minutes from Château Gaillard (Les Andelys), 25 minutes from the gardens of Claude Monet (Giverny), 30 minutes from the city of Rouen et 1 hour driving from Paris.
There are also:
- a train station a 5 minutes from the house, where you can take a train and be in Paris in 1h.
- an outdoor recreationnal park at 30 minutes, with a lake.
- animal parks : Biotropica (30 minutes) and Thoiry (40 minutes).
- the sea at around 1h (Honfleur or Dieppe).
