Julianstown, Irland

Our home is in an idyllic country setting, set on a quiet country lane surrounded by beautiful Irish green fields, 1km from big safe sandy beach and short walk to shops, pub, cafe, restaurants, children's playground and train station. Only 10km from large town of Drogheda with super shopping malls, and 20 minute drive to Dublin airport and city. The area we live in is often called the "Gold Coast" for it magnificent beaches. Our house is situated on a private 3/4 acre site surrounded by fields and woodland. There are three Golf Courses within 5 minutes of our home. Our house is 6 minutes drive to the major motorway that links all Irish Cities.

We have a 2012 Volvo V60 (Automatic) and a 2013 Volkwagen Golf (Manual).

The World Heritage Site "Newgrange" is 20kms from our house as well as Trim and Slane Castles. Ireland's largest Theme Park (Tayto Park) is a 30 min drive. Ireland's largest Waterpark is in our local town Drogheda. Drogheda is a wonderful Medieval town, with festivals, the Arts, Markets and Theatre. There are also many Summer Camps for children in our area.

This is an ideal base for discovering Dublin and its hinterland, while offering privacy and highly picturesque natural environment.

Our house has four bedrooms - three with double beds (one en-suite) and one with single bed. There is a large kitchen/dining room, living room with open fire and grand piano, study with wood burning stove, 2nd living room, downstairs toilet, upstairs family bathroom. 

Outside we have a wood burning oven and a gas barbecue for outdoor cooking and dining, a Kettle Barbeque, a Planca barbeque, a firepit.We have spectacular summer sunsets across open fields. In our garage with four bicycles and garden equipment. Our home has gardens on all sides which include a herb garden and orchard. We have two cats are never allowed in house and live outdoors and three hens! We are surrounded by big fields that have beautiful horses.
