Linda

We were so gratful that our exchange family were Linda and Robert! They had done an exchange before and this was our first time and so we were getting to understand the process. They were very kind and patient with us and had really good communications throughout including a really comprehensive guide. It was also really helpful to have the Zoom call a few weeks before and gave us a really good impression of how warm and generous they were and entusiatic about the exchange process too. The first part of the exchange was non simultaneous and they were able to pick us up from the train station and take us to the flat. This was kind of them especially after the train being really late! Our overall impression was that our flat was in very safe hands with them. They left the place immaculate and seemed to really appreciate our home which was great.
