Penthouse 300 metres from the sea in Santa Marinella, Italy
Our house in Santa Marinella is our second home, where we often go to escape, whatever the season, to find peace and relax.
There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a double bed (or two single beds) plus a child’s bed (70x160). There is a sofa bed in the dining room.
From the large terrace, which overlooks the sea, you can relax, have a meal and enjoy a game of table football

About the neighborhood
The nearest supermarket is 700 metres away, but halfway there you’ll find a general store and a greengrocer’s.
Santa Marinella is a seaside town with mainly pebbly beaches, though there are also some sandy beaches; it has a small marina and, particularly in summer, offers entertainment and cultural events.
It is less than 60 km from Rome and Fiumicino International Airport.
The railway station provides convenient connections between the town and Rome and Civitavecchia.
As well as Rome, Santa Marinella is a convenient base for visiting the surrounding attractions, such as the Castle of Santa Severa and the Etruscan tombs at Cerveteri and Tarquinia.
Lake Bracciano and Odescalchi Castle are 50 km away. Viterbo is 70 km away.
If you fancy a bit of fun in the pool, the Acquafelix water fun park is 10 km away.
If you’d like to relax at a spa, the splendid Terme di Saturnia are 90 km away.

We love spending plenty of time in nature to recharge our batteries and find peace.
My husband and I both work in IT consultancy.
In my free time, I love reading, going for walks, and doing small sewing projects. My husband loves playing chess, listening to music and drawing. He has a severe allergy to dogs and cats, so unfortunately we can’t stay anywhere where these pets live.
Travelling enriches us more than anything else.
When I was a child I used to travel with Intervac with my parents, and now I’d like to pass on to my son the same love and curiosity for discovering new places.
