Our house is a very nice house near the sea and beautiful nature. It´s a calm and nice area of Stockholm with less than 20 minutes with the subway to the City Centre.

Our house is on 3 floors. On the ground floor we have kitchen, living and dining room. Outside we have a big veranda with seaview and a garden. On the top floor we have four bedrooms and one bathroom. There is also a big balcony. In the basement we have the laundry room. The house is located about 300 meters from the big lake Mälaren with several green areas, beaches within 5 min walks. There is also a tennis club, restaurant’s etc.

If you want to stay close to the house there are well equipped playgrounds, two sandy beaches, two meadows and geographically interesting forests with marked walks and the world heritage Royal castle with the Chinese castle nearby.

The house is 5-7 minutes walking to the subway. It takes 20 min by subway or 20 min by car to go down town to Stockholm City and the most popular tourist attractions, Old town, Royal castle, the Wasa ship, museums, shopping districts etc. Going the other direction the subway takes you in 5 minutes to a very big shopping area with restaurants called Vällingby.

We have a dog and a cat. The dog we usually bring with us when we travel.
