Large Charming House with Sea View at Beautiful Lidingö/Stockholm,Sweden
We are generally open for an exchange all year around! Long and short. Any request would be interesting for us.
We love the idea of Intervac and are looking forward to many happy experiences! We have already made 21 exchanges giving the family a lot of good memories.
This is a very charming large house with all equipment of high standard including kitchen and all bathrooms. The house is 280 square meters (3200 square feet) plus the cellar. The house was build 1911 and has been carefully remodelled the last five years. There are four permanent bed rooms, two of these with double beds.The kitchen is brand new fron 2926 with all modern appliances.
There is a very nice view over the water from the house and a nice garden. You are able to see the view from the bedroom among the photos on this page.
Stockholm is known to be one of the most beautiful capitals of the world. Average temperature of the summer is 20-25 degrees Celsius (70-75 degrees Fahrenheit).
As shown on the map below Lidingö is a very green Island surrounded by water even though it is just 15 minutes by car (or 20 minutes by train) from the very central part of Stockholm. There are also many public boats going east directly out to the famous Stockholm archipelago.

Excellent communication. Beautiful home, accurately represented. They took very good care of our home.
Beautiful home in tranquil setting on the outskirts of Stockholm. House was in excellent condition and they cared for our place very well.
The house and surroundings were fantastic and an excellent starting point to experience Stockholm from a new angle.
The exchange was great, the house was exactly like the photos, wonderful, the environment too. The house is five minutes from public transport and the walk there is great. We communicate with the hosts during the exchange. Mary & Ingvar, they are lovely. They left us a lot of information about Stockholm and were very attentive and outstanding all the time. We would happily repeat. It was our first exchange through the Intervac platform (we had already carried out others previously, also successfully) but in this way everything has been very easy. We will continue to exchange our houses.

Experienced travellers that loves the idea of Intervac with 35 exchanges so far.
We are Marie born 1958 and Ingvar born 1959. We are both retired giving flexibility in time for exchenges. We have three children Jaokim born 1989, Anna 1991 and Niklas 1993. All three lives in Stockholm in their own appartments .
