1890 old school in Vadensjö, Sweden
The house is a 19th century school house, newly renovated with all modern comfort and a lot of space. There are 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a sauna.
The garden is partly lawn and partly cultivated, with a nice deck for BBQ.
It is situated in a small village (very quiet) near Landskrona, on the West coast of Skåne, Sweden. The cities of Helsingborg, Lund and Malmö are all in easy reach, as well as Copenhagen (one hour with train). There is a good beach nearby. There are possibilities for canoeing, camping in the forest, fishing, etc... within a short driving distance.

About the neighborhood
Vadensjö, the village where we live, is small but very friendly. We are just beside the church and the village hall, with access to probably the best "boules" place in the whole of Sweden ! As you can expect it is very quiet.
The house is up on a hill and has great views to the South and West, over the South of Skåne, the sea and Danmark.
Examples of places to visit in the area: cities of Copenhagen, Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg, Skånesdjurpark (a zoo with only animals from Scandinavia, in the forest), the region of Österlen (incl. Ystad and Ales stenar), some local nature reserves just a few km away.
The town of Landskrona is small but has all necessary facilities for shopping, culture and eating out.
The church just beside the house originates from the 12th century. In the fields they find all sorts of neolithic remnants. We recommend a visit to the local museum in Landskrona.
There are plenty of possible outdoors activities, such as hiking, canoeing, fishing, picking mushrooms and berries within an hour drive (max).
The beach, a shallow and safe sand beach where the water can be very warm in the summer, is quite near. There is also an outdoor swimming pool in the next village.

really nice house, very comfortable and adapted to the heat. The village is great for shopping when you've learnt the opening hours ! well situated. Lovely family, really helped us when we needed.

We are a family of 5: Bo-Henrik, Sido, Viggo (18), and the twins Leo and Malte (15).
Bo-Henrik runs his own business, installing solar panels. Sido works as a a factory manager.
We have 2 cars, Citroen C4, seven seats and a Toyota Aygo 4 seats
Also living in our house are 2 cats called Chaussettes and Hatsu going in and out as they choose, and very cuddly. A large fishtank in the kitchen with african cichlids. and some hens for fresh eggs.
