The ground floor apartment is situated very close to the Vondelpark (2 minutes' walk) , Museumplein where all the famous musea are and Leidseplein (10 minutes' walk). Public transport, shops and local daily market are all within 10 minutes' walk or even less.
It has a spacious living room (picture) a roomy kitchen (picture) with gas stove, combi microwave, fridge and freezer, a bathroom with bath (picture) and shower, separate toilet and a bedroom with two single beds and two bedrooms with double beds (which are "high sleepers" ; beds that have to be accessed by a ladder (see picture). The kitchen enters into a small garden (picture).
Other cityparks are within riding distance by bike as is the center of Amsterdam, and the Amstel River.
There are two bicycles available.

About the neighborhood
The neighbourhood is popular and multi-cultured. People live here, there are small shops and supermarkets.
The apartment is between 'Kinkerstraat' ; a street full of all kinds of shops and a daily market where one can buy fruits vegetables and all other necessities ; and Overtoom. one of the main streets into the city.
Public transport is within a couple of minutes' walking distance. The famous Vondelpark and Museum square are also very close. The Hallen (Foodhallen) just off Kinkerstraat is the new hot-spot in town.
