Enjoy the beautiful Costa Brava, 50 km from both Barcelona and Girona
Our house consists of garage, living room with balcony, well equipped kitchen with exit to a patio where to enjoy your morning coffee or outdoor dining, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, two baths, and three rooms.
Our bedroom has a balcony. The second room is for office, and the third one is our son's bedroom, with two beds (one of them a truckle one).
The house is very sunny, in a very calm street.
The beach is within 5 min. biking or 20 min. walking.
The train station is 20 min. walk from our house, and trains to Bcn depart every 30 min

About the neighborhood
The beach is within 15 min. walking, where aquatic sports can be practised. There are golf courses to 10 km and to 20 km.
There is a marine zoo (with sea lions, dolphins and exotic birds, together with a water park) to 2 km. from home.
The Costa Brava has numerous attractions: beautiful little beaches, small and medieval towns (Tossa de Mar, Peratallada, Begur,...), the Dalí Museum (one of most visited of Spain).
Barcelona is to 55 km, with easy access on highway or by train (one each 30 min.). The train station is within 20 min. walking.
In Barcelona you will find everything can offer a great city, and of course la Sagrada Família, las Ramblas, the Picasso Museum or the Gothic quarter.
Gerona is to 35 km, with a nice old jewish quarter.

Montse und Tomás sind sehr nette, zuverlässige Menschen, die unser Haus tip-top verlassen haben. Wir hatten schon vorher einen netten Kontakt per Mail, während des Aufenthalts über whatsApp. Sie haben uns mit einen gut gefüllten Kühlschrank, einem kompletten Abendessen und hervorragenden Restaurant- und Ausflugs- Tipps willkommen geheißen. Das Haus war zutreffend beschrieben, selbst die Blumen im Bad waren auf einem der Fotos zu sehen.

It was a comfortable house with airco on the quiet not turistic mountain side of malgrat de mar, with a nice view. Very nice people, who were willing to help us. We could use their bikes and on the bikes we went to the sea very often. We had some doubts about the cat, nala, who in the beginning was a bit scared, but finally become more used to us. All in all, a very nice stay of 2 weeks.

We are a family of three: Tomás (59), Montse (59) and Dani (18).
Our son may or may not travel with us.
Now that Montse is retired, we have more availability to do short exchanges, two-week vacations, or long-term stays, since I have some flexibility at work.
Since we met at 20, we have shared a love of traveling and discovering other cultures.
