Hi- I am Margaret and I made five exchanges from a different home a number of years ago. Now I am ready to travel again. I love to travel using house exchanges because I meet the nicest people and really experience the feel of a foreign culture. And I love to share my own home! My home is in the Fircrest neighborhood of Tacoma, about 30 miles south of Seattle. I live a few blocks from Fircrest Park, where there is a swimming pool, tennis courts, and golf course. There are cafes and shops within walking distance. Freeway access is very good if you want to drive to Mt. Rainier for hiking, to Seattle, or visit local sites like Pt. Defiance Park where you can walk the forest trails, visit the beach, and rent a kayak. After a busy day, come home and relax in the hot tub in the backyard.
