We are looking for a home exchange in Europe in spring or early summer 2025, for about three or four weeks. Perhaps Italy, Spain, Portugal or southern France in April or May? Or another country in Europe in May, June or early July? Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark or northern France? We hope to find a large home near a train station.

A mountain valley home, near Vancouver and the sea

Visit the nature-blessed West Coast of Canada.
North Vancouver is a community between forest-covered mountains, a Pacific Ocean inlet and the City of Vancouver.
Our house is about 200 square metres large. It is a split-level house with 3 levels or floors.
The house includes:
- A living room, a dining room with 6 seats, and a kitchen with a 4-seat table.
- A queen-sized bed in a master bedroom and an private bathroom (with a bathtub, shower, sink and toilet.)
- Two more bedrooms (one with a queen-sized bed and another with a double bed).
- A second full bathroom (bathtub, shower, sink and toilet) on the top floor.
- A third bathroom (sink and toilet only) on the bottom floor.
- An office with a desk and chair.
- An entertainment room with a large screen TV and library.
- A separate laundry room with a clothes washer and clothes drier.
- Grass lawns and garden areas cover the front and back yard. Trees and shrubs make the large backyard more private, with both sunny and shady areas. The backyard also includes a greenhouse, a workshop/art studio and vegetable and herb gardens.
- A large, roof covered patio deck has an outdoor table and 6 chairs, as well as a propane-heated barbecue.
