Nice flat by the lake in charming village and only 9 kilometers from city centre of seaside townTurku (160 000 inhabitants)
We have a nice flat (98m2) in 1950 build apartment house (two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room ,toilet/shower, balcony). Double bed in the master bedroom and one single bed in the other bedroom and one extra bed if its needed. The house has a Sauna, which can be booked. Our home is located in the small historical and charming village named Littoinen. It has peaceful neighborhood near forest and nature trail and the lake. The lake and the nearest beach is 300 meters away. In the wintertime if there is enough frost and snow is possible to skate and ski on the lake.
Near us is a good food market, pizzeria, pharmacy...
Our flat is only 9 km from the center of Turku .Turku is an old capital of Finland,full of history, culture and events. You can get there by bus or use our car.The bus stop is near our home. Biking is easy in Finland. We have two bikes to use.
See and beautiful archipelago are easily reach. Car ferries get to the outer archipelago. link: www.visitturku.fi
You can also reach Åland and Mariehamn or Stockholm, capital of Sweden from Turku by ship twice a day.
We have experiences of successfully flat exchanges (6 x) when our children were small, over 20 years ago. Now we are here again. Our son Joonas with his family are willing to help you in everything you need during your holiday.

Lake , forest , old industryplace , nearby all nessassearly. Busses to city (8km -twice an our ), you can use also use our old Fiat Punto and bikes.

We had a wonderful time in Rauno's apartment. It was very easy to get into Turku and to explore other parts of Finland. Rauno & Leena were charming and helpful and left our house in immaculate condition.
A Wonderfull neat and clean apartment surrounded by birch trees near a lake and on biking distance from Turku. A very quiet place and country with so much space to move about. We could even use the car! Traveling by bus is also very easy! The hosts are very nice and clear in their communication. Max and Inge

I and my wife are special teachers ( 67-years ). Both of us now retired.
When our children (3) were young, we made many home exchanges by Intervac in Europe. Nice chances all.
Our children are nowadays living on their own. We have four lovely grandchildren.
