Flat in a small coastal town near Barcelona
Dear friends of Intervac,
We live in a four-room apartment in El Masnou, a small town on the coast 15km from Barcelona, in a safe and quiet neighborhood with many services nearby.
Our area offers a large promenade area, beach, mountains that are very close, playgrounds for children, a Marina with many restaurants, cinema, all 10 minutes walk from our apartment.
This apartment is our usual residence and is bright and very comfortable. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a small terrace. It also has everything you may need after being sightseeing all day (wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, induction cooker ...)
We can also agree car exchange.
We promise to take care of your home as we do in our house.
The City of Barcelona (20min by train) and small towns of the Costa Brava and surroundings can be easily reached by public transport.

Un appartement très agréable à vivre, une proximité de la plage et de la gare pour aller à Barcelone. Un super séjour.
La familia, con la que no hemos coincidido, muy simpáticos y cuidadosos. La casa viene bien reflejada en el anuncio. La casa (piso) está muy limpia y ordenada. Cerca está la playa y con el tren estás en Barcelona en 20 minutos.
Après une prise de contact par écrit pour nous mettre d'accord sur les dates nous avons fait vraiment connaissance via les appels vidéos. Le plaisir de l'échange, de la rencontre a commencé, et nous n'avons jamais été déçus ensuite. Au moment du voyage, nous avons même improvisé une rencontre physique à la frontière espagnole, depuis ce moment, ce n'était plus une famille parmi d'autre. Cette famille est adorable, nous nous entendons parfaitement, leur logement est parfaitement conforme à la description publiée. L'accueil était confié à une voisine, parfait. Pendant l'échange, qui a duré 2 semaines nous avons gardé le contact de temps en temps, pour poser des questions ou tout simplement pour leur exprimer notre joie d'être chez eux.

Hello! We are Tino, Anna, Gerard and Martí.
Tino works in a computer company and I (Anna) in the Public Administration.
Gerard works and Martí is in the Hich School.
We are AFS Intercultura volunteers and have had students from other countries for 5 years.
As a pet we now have Duna,. Our custom is to take it to the grandparents' house 1 week before the exchanges.
We are all very respectful and we will treat your house as if it were our own.
