The house is located in the heart of the Palatinate Forest surrounded by beech and mixed forest. It's a paradise for hikers, nature lovers, bikers, mountainbikers, families with kids and people in need of peace. The property is 5.000 sq and there are 3 houses on it: the house, the guesthouse and an open house to play in.
Unser Haus liegt im Herzen des Pfälzer Waldes, eingebettet in Buchen- und Mischwald. Es ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Naturliebhaber, Motorradfahrer, Mountainbiker, Familien mit Kindern, Ruhebedürftige ... Das Grundstück hat über 5.000 qm und es befinden sich 3 Gebäude darauf: das Wohnhaus, das Waldhaus und eine weiteres offenes Haus z.B. zum Spielen. Das Wohnhaus hat 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Kinderzimmer mit Doppelstockbett, Küche, Bad mit Dusche und ein Wohnzimmer mit 2 weiteren Schlafgelegenheiten und Essplatz. Es gibt einfaches Internet, keinen TV-Empfang. Es steht ein Fernseher mit DVD- und Videoplayer zur Verfügung.

The property belongs to us sisters, Elke and Antje. Since 1953 it belongs to our family and we had a wonderful childhood there. We are both working in Kaiserslautern and love our "Heimat".
We like to exchange in different combinations (depending on the exchanging possibilities):
- Antje and her husband and (maybe) the two grown up sons
or
- Antje and family and Elke
or
- Elke and friends.
Das Wochenendgrundstück gehört uns zwei Schwestern Elke und Antje. Seit 1953 befindet es sich im Familienbesitz and wir hatten dort eine wundervolle Kindheit. Wir arbeiten beide in Kaiserslautern und lieben unsere Heimat sehr.
Tauschen wollen wir in verschiedenen Kombinationen (je nach Tauschgelegenheit):
