We are in Ventura, Calif. one hour 15 min. from Los Angeles and 1/2 hour south of Santa Barbara
We have a 3000 sq. ft. home on the water (Ventura Harbor) in the Tourist and Mission City of Ventura, Southern California. Our Master bedroom suite overlooks the water and in the front we are steps from the Marina Beach Park and Ocean. We have 3 bedrooms-3 baths, an office & a family room, formal dining room and breakfast room. We have 2 boats, 2 kayaks, a paddle boat, a dingy and a 30 ft. sailboat behind our home and below our Master bedroom. About the neighborhood
Ventura is a tourist town with lots of things to do and see. We are famous for "surfers point" along the promenade. We are one of the 21 missions of the Calif. mission chain. We have a charming downtown with lots of shops to explore, every type of water sport, hiking, restaurants Malls, theaters, bowling,fishing, museums, bike paths. There is an unlimited amount of fun
things to do here as well as being close to Santa Barbara and the wine country north of there.

We have been married for over 51 years. .Bob is a retired V.P. of Finance for Lockheed Aircraft Corp., was in Rotary for years, volunteers on Boards and Financial committees, sails, bikes and walks, enjoys Ventura Yacht Club along with his wife Patty. She is a homemaker, on several Boards, volunteers, is involved in women's clubs, golf, biking, lawn bowling, playing pool, in book clubs is an artist and community organizer. Our family consists of 4 grown children and 7 grand children. We have spent years traveling on land tours or cruising the seas and have done 4 home exchanges.
