Nice Flat in Menorca, Spain
Bonito apartamento de 57 m2 en el típico pueblo de Es Castell en la bocana del Puerto de Mahon (Menorca), el mayor puerto del Mediterráneo. A dos pasos de la Cala de Pescadores de Calas Fons, lleno de cafés, bares y restaurantes. A 15 minutos del aeropuerto y del centro de Mahón, la capital de la isla. Buenas comunicaciones en transporte público. Las mejores playas de arena a 10 kilómetros. El apartamento está libre para intercambios no simultáneos todo el año. Intercambios directos solo en invierno (noviembre-marzo).
Nice apartment (57 m2) in the typical town of Es Castell at the mouth of Port Mahon (Minorca), the biggest natural harbour in the Mediterranean. Two steps from the charming fishermen cove of Calas Fonts, full of bars, coffee-places and restaurants. 15 minutes from the airport and the centre of Mahon, capital of the island. Good public transport and hiking opportunities. Nice sandy beaches only 10 kilometres away. The apartment is free for non simultaneous exchanges all year round. Direct exchanges only in winter (November-March).

Nuestro apartamento se encuentra en la segunda planta de un edificio de 4 apartamentos en el pueblo de Es Castell, a dos pasos de Cala Fons, pequeña cala llena de restaurantes con estupendas vistas a la bocana del Puerto de Mahón, el mayor del Mediterráneo. Es Castell está a 15 minutos del aeropuerto y de Mahón, capital de la isla de Menorca, con 700 km2 la segunda de las Islas Baleares.
Our flat is located on the second floor of a house with 4 apartments in the little town of Es Castell, a few steps from the Cala Fons, charming fischermen cove, full of restaurants and nice views to the mounth of Port Mahon, biggest natural harbour in the Mediterranean. Es Castell is 15 minutes from the airport. Same distance to Mahón, capital of the Island of Minorca (700 km2), second largest of the Balearic Island group.

Somos dos personas (matrimonio alemán). Durante los meses de verano, desde abril hasta finales de octubre, trabajamos en turismo y no podemos viajar. Sin embargo, nuestro apartamento en Menorca está libre todo el año para intercambios no simultáneos. Intercambios directos solo los podemos realizar de noviembre a marzo.
Nos gusta conocer grandes ciudades, otras islas o regiones con mucho patrimonio cultural. No nos interesan las urbanizaciones de playa.
We are two persons (german couple). During summer season we work in tourism (from April to the end of October), in these months we are not able to travel. But our apartment in Minorca is free for non simultaneous exchanges all year long. Direct exchanges are only possible from November to March. We like to discover big cities, other islands and regions with a lot of interesting historial sights. We are not interested in beach resorts.
