Our house in Almardà - Sagunt - Valencia
Welcome to our home. We are in Almardà, a hamlet of Sagunto. Our apartment is located in a very quiet area, between the sea and the marsh. The beach is made of pebbles and sand. In front of the apartment is the Almenara marsh, a natural park, full of water almost all year round.
For shopping, you can go to Canet d'en Bereguer (6 minutes by car), the Port of Sagunto (12 minutes) or (Valencia 35-40 minutes).
The apartment is bright, with three double bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and two bathrooms. There are beautiful views from the terrace to the marsh and the mountain. The urbanization has garden, a pool and tennis and paddle courts.

We invite you to our house
We are Violant (60) and Jordi (61). After having (almost) raised our children, we want to travel and enjoy life. We like to see how people around the world live. We like to walk in the mountains or on the beach, visit cities and then rest with a good meal. We also enjoy being at home reading, listening to music or watching films.
We would like to know your region, and for you to get to know ours. We are looking for exchanges for a couple of weeks in the summer and also for short stays, such as weekends.
