We have a semi-detached house with garden. It has 265m2 with 4 bedrooms, 1 office room, 3 bathrooms (renovated in 2024), kitchen and dining room together and attic. The kitchen is fully equiped. It has air conditioning and heating. Available WIFI and laptop. The house is very practical and we enjoy ourselves and take advantage of every corner of it.
Tenemos una casa pareada muy grande y con jardin . Tiene 265m2 con 4 habitaciones, 1 despacho, 3 baños, cocina y comedor junto, y buhardilla. Cocina totalmente equipada. Dispone de aire acondicionado y calefacción. Disponible WIFI y portátil. La casa es muy práctica, nos gusta disfrutar y aprovechar cada rincón de ella.

About the neighborhood
Paiporta is a town located just 2 km from the Valencia city. The climate is Mediterranean, with a temperature average of 10ºC in January and 30ºC in August. It is just perfect to live as it is in a very quiet area and very close to the Valencia centre.
Our neighbourhood is on a new residential area. There are many green areas with playgrounds. A block away, there´s a coffee bar and a grocery. The supermarket is 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes walking. We have public sports facilities in our town: basketball courts, tennis football, outdoor and indoor swimming pool. In the same way you can find a bike path inside the town and through the greenways between towns.
There is a metro-subway station very close, so it is very easy to move to Valencia, it takes only 15 minutes to go to Valencia center.
If you like the beach, it only takes 11 minutes by car to get to the beach. If you prefer the mountains, it is also a short ride to get there.
In Valencia city, there´s plenty to do and visit: museums, Bioparc zoo, Oceanografic, old town..., the Science City...” (see photos).
Very close to Valencia is the Albufera, Aquapolis, Terra Mítica, Valencia beaches, Alicante beaches and spectacular “coves” in Javea.
Valencian cuisine is very famous. You will enjoy the world famous “paella”. We can recommend many places. It is also known and very typical the refreshing Valencian drink “horchata” with the “farton”, a typical sweet to eat with the horchata. Last but not least, we have the tapas! Little dishes of many different flavours and tastes. You have to try!!
Paiporta es un pueblo situado a solo 2 km de la cuidad de Valencia. El clima es mediterráneo, con medias térmicas de 10ºC en enero y 30ºC en agosto. Es perfecto para vivir, pues es una zona muy tranquila y a la vez está muy cerca del centro de Valencia.
Nuestro barrio es una zona nueva residencial. En la puerta de nuestro piso tenemos zonas verdes y varios parques, alguno se ven desde casa. Al lado de casa tenemos una cafetería y una pequeña tienda de comestibles. También disponemos de más comercios en el centro del pueblo. El supermercado está a 5 minutos en coche o 10 minutos andando. En nuestro pueblo tenemos instalaciones deportivas púbicas: pistas de basket, tenis futbol, piscina descubierta y cubierta. De la misma forma podrás encontrar carril bici por dentro del pueblo y por las vías verdes entre pueblos.
Tenemos metro por lo que es muy fácil desplazarte a Valencia, puedes estar en el centro de Valencia en 15 minutos.
Estamos muy cerca de la playa (11 minutos en coche) y también de la montaña.
En Valencia, podrás visitar museos, Bioparc zoo, Oceanografic, centro de Valencia, cuidad de las artes y las ciencias (ver fotos).
Fuera de Valencia también tenemos Aquapolis, Terra Mítica, zona de Alicante como las calas de Javea.
En cuanto a la gastronomía, podrás disfrutar de la auténtica paella, nosotros te diremos varios restaurantes. También os aconsejamos disfrutar de la bebida refrescante valenciana, la horchata junto al farton, dulce típico con el que acompañamos la horchata. Y cómo no, nuestras tapas!

- La familia ha sido muy amable, hemos estado en contacto durante toda la estancia. Hemos intercambiado información de forma diaria - La casa está muy bien situada para ver toda la zona norte de Cerdeña, teniendo la playa más cercana a 25 minutos - La casa está cómoda para vivir - Somos una familia de 4 y pensábamos que, al menos, tendríamos 3 habitaciones, y no fue así, dejaron una habitación cerrada, y sólo tuvimos 2, por lo que los 2 niños preadolescentes tuvieron que compartir habitación con 2 camas pequeñas.

Good-sized house in a convenient location for local amenities. Quiet location. Air-conditioning in lounge, office and some bedrooms. A few minutes' drive from the beach.
La familia de intercambio es una familia muy divertida y extrovertida. Hemos tenido contacto diario con ella para ayudarnos mutuamente para que el mejorar la experiencia del intercambio. La información de la casa viene bien documentada en la web de Intervac, así como los puntos de interés a visitar en la zona. En la casa nos dejaron una amplia ifnormación de puntos de interés que nos ayudó a planificar nuestras vacaciones. La casa está bien situada para llegar a ella con transporte público desde el aeropuerto o la estación de tren.

We are Miguel and Raquel and have 2 children. María is 10 years old and Miguel is 8 years old. We love enjoying the weekend together as we have little time during the week. At the weekend, we like to be with friends and family at home for dinner or lunch and have a good time together.
When we have time, we go hiking or visit other nearby towns to get to know wonderful places.
Somos Miguel y Raquel, tenemos 2 niños, María de 10 y Miguel de 8. Nos encanta disfrutar del fin de semana juntos puesto que entre semana nos queda poquito tiempo. Durante el fin de semana nos gusta disfrutar de los amigos y la familia, invitarlos a casa a cenar o comer y pasar un buen rato juntos.
Cuando podemos, hacemos escapadas de fin de semana a la montaña, playa y también a visitar otras ciudades.
Esperamos poder aprovechar esta experiencia para conocer lugares maravillosos.
