We live close to the forest and the sea in a quiet area with kind neighbors. Terrasse with sun mornings and evenings. The house is 170 square meters with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office and large kitchen and living room.
What is quite fascinating about the house is the tall ceilings.
The garden is equipped with swings and a large inground trampoline for kids and adults alike.

Nice house in one of the suburb-villages of Arhus
Wonderfull reception from the neibours as well as a large assortment of local drinks and food. Had an issue with the electrics but they were super quick to reply and was solved right away.
Great location in malmø. Close proximity to much. Public transport, city centre and shopping center.
Motsvarade förväntningarna. Goda förbindelser till närliggande Århus, som är en fascinerande stad.

Welcome to a new house close to the beach and the forest.
We live in a big house in Denmark, Skødstrup. It is a city close to the city of Aarhus (the second largest city of Denmark – praised by the New York Times for its cultural scene and Nordic cuisine). We live in walking distance of the forest and 3 kilometers from the nearest beach.
Skødstrup has several grocery stores and the closest one is only 10 minutes away by foot. You will also find a pizzeria, a café, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, and a small wellness clinic. Close by you will also find a popular farm café with its own bakery. The city is bike friendly and we have 3 bikes for adults (one electric bike) and 3 bikes for small children (2-4 years).
Skødstrup is 1 hour away from LEGOLAND and Billund Airport – and 25 minutes away from Aarhus Airport. Busses and light rail will take you quickly to Aarhus city center. Around the area of Skødstrup, you will also find a big zoo (Ree Park), an aquarium (Kattegatcentret) and a large amusement park (Djurs Sommerland).
The house is 169m2, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, living room, 2 bathrooms, laundry facilities. The house has a terrace on the sunny side, a garden, and a patio. We have a large built-in trampoline, a playhouse, swings, and a slide. We also have a barbecue. The house has central floor heating in all rooms, so the floor is nice and warm all year round. The neighborhood is friendly, and all neighbors know each other.
We are four members of our family, Christian, Nicoline, and our girls Andrea 4 years and Emily 2,5 years. This means we have lots of toys!
