The flat is located in Giudecca Island, the biggest island of the Venetian lagoon. It is a newly restored two-storey house which dates back to the end of the 1700s. It has separate access which is located in a sunny alley highly illuminated by a public lamp post right above the entrance.
From Giudecca you can see the historical centre of Venice and St. Mark’s Square; from the far bank of the island (10 min walking), you have a stunning view of the lagoon. Giudecca Island can be considered as the residential neighbourhood of Venice, which is not part of the tourist tracks.
In summer 2017, the flat was newly restored (with brand new hydraulic system, heating and air-conditioning).

Giuseppi and Marina were wonderful in every way. The apartment in Venice was beautiful, airy and clean and we had the best time in Venice. They treated my house and car very well, were very careful in our home and our exchange with them both before the exchange and after was supreme.
