Beautiful family home, situated 2 minutes walk to the beach, 15 mins walk to town
Our home is in a great location, 15 mins walk from Worthing town centre, a small town which has a good selection of cafes, bars and restaurants, a museum and some small galleries, 2 cinemas and theatres. Local buses run close by also.
The beach is 1 block away, we can see the sea from one bedroom window. In the other direction we can see the South Downs hills, in the distance. This is part of the South Downs National Park, so great for walkers and cyclists too. There is plenty to do within walking distance. If you want to explore places further afield Brighton, Arundel, Chichester and Horsham are all 30/40mins drive or easy journey on Buses or trains. London is about 90 mins on the train.
Our house is 4 bedrooms - 1x king size bed with en-suite and a guest room which has a sofa bed, 2 kids rooms with single beds. We have 2 spacious bathrooms upstairs and a WC downstairs. We have a large decking area and garden. We have adult bikes and kids bikes. Our cat will be home and we would like him to be looked after, he is very independent and friendly.
We have off- street parking.

We love to travel, often visiting France and Netherlands. We would love to see more of the UK and Europe or even further if possible. We are interested in swaps all over.

I have family friends who have swapped with Intervac many times (based in Edinburgh where I am originally from) I have always wanted to be a part of this too.
