Our neighborhood is a calm residential area in the city of Zwettl.
The city center is in 10 minutes walking distance. There you can find all necessary shops and cafes.
A supermarket is in 7 minutes walking distance.
If you bring a dog you can walk it directly from the door of our house.
The surrounding of Zwettl brings a lot of nature highlights:
Lake Ottenstein to swim, padle and surf
River Kamp for nice rests in summer or hiking
