The flat in an typical old building is centrally but quietly located in the district of Friedrichshain. The flat is on the 3rd floor and also has a small balcony. The Volkspark Friedrichshain is only a few minutes walk away. There are nice cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. Various tram lines (M10, M5, M6, M8) are within easy walking distance (5-8 minutes). And the subway (U5) can be reached within 10 minutes. The districts of Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg and Kreuzberg are practically around the corner.
The flat has a bedroom (double bed) and a living room with a sofa which can be easily converted in a bed for 1 (or 2).

I had a great time at the appartment! It was as expected from the website. Great location in Berlin, supermarket, bars, public transport was close by. The host was very kind and was good in communication and always had a quick respons when texting. Would recommend this host and her appartment!
Het betreft een ruim, licht appartement van een vrouw alleen, dat overeen kwam met de foto's en beschrijvingen op Intervac. Gelegen nabij het centrum van Berlijn. Zeer rustig. We hadden van tevoren, tijdens de ruil en naderhand heel prettig contact samen. We werden door de moeder van onze ruilpartner ontvangen. Zij maakte ons wegwijs in het appartement en overhandigde de sleutels. Ons appartement werd na afloop keurig achter gelaten. We zien terug op een hele mooie ruil!

L'appartamento è come si può vedere nelle foto, anzi meglio. Molto luminoso e ben arredato. Condominio silenzioso e vicino a tutti i servizi.
