We offer a nice and bright apartment on the 2nd floor, with a fantastic view over the yacht harbor and the fjord. Located centrally in Struer, close to shopping, less than one kilometer from the beach, and only 100 meters from the harbor and fjord. Large woodlands and nature parks are also nearby.
The apartment contains three bedrooms: two with double beds (one downstairs) and one with a bunk bed. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are combined into one open space.
The well-equipped kitchen features a large dining table and all the amenities, including a fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The bathroom offers generous space and a large shower.
Downstairs, there is an extra apartment with a spare bedroom, an additional bathroom and toilet, and a large playroom with table tennis and billiards.
There is also a carport parking space, a small courtyard at the back of the house with a table, chairs, and a grill.

Wir bieten eine schöne und helle Wohnung im 2. Stock mit einem fantastischen Blick über den Yachthafen und den Fjord. Zentral gelegen in Struer, in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, weniger als einen Kilometer vom Strand entfernt und nur 100 Meter vom Hafen und Fjord. Große Wälder und Naturparks sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer: zwei mit Doppelbetten (eins im Erdgeschoss) und eines mit einem Etagenbett. Die Küche, das Esszimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind zu einem offenen Raum kombiniert.
Die gut ausgestattete Küche bietet einen großen Esstisch und alle Annehmlichkeiten, einschließlich eines Kühlschranks mit Gefrierfach und einer Spülmaschine. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig und verfügt über eine große Dusche.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine zusätzliche Wohnung mit einem Gästezimmer, einem weiteren Badezimmer und WC sowie einem großen Spielzimmer mit Tischtennis und Billard.
Außerdem gibt es einen Carport-Parkplatz, einen kleinen Innenhof hinter dem Haus mit einem Tisch, Stühlen und einem Grill.

We are a family of 2 to 3 people. Dad: Rasmus, 47, and my girlfriend Anja, 41. In summer, also my daughter Mia, 13.
Rasmus works as a technical supporter. Anja works as an accountant.
We have a lot of previous experience with house exchanges! Together with the girl's mother, we have done 7 exchanges (under the profile DK110612), and Rasmus has been doing this since he was a small kid – so over 20 exchanges in total!
