Peaceful four bed family house in residential area on the edge of cathedral town Winchester. Looking for summer 2025 exchange
Our home is a four bedroom semi-detached property in a quiet, residential area 2 miles from the centre of Winchester, a small cathedral city in the south-east of England. Our area is easily walkable to the city, but also on the edge of open countryside with beautiful walking and cycling trails within a short walk of our home.

We are a family of four - myself and husband Richard and our two children Dougie (8) and Lorna (11). I am work for a UK fraud prevention service and Richard is a lawyer for the UK government and I lead . We enjoy lots of outdoor activities such as cycling and walking and love exploring new cities. We also share our home with our 4 year old cat Cilla.

FR50063Thank you Helena and Richard for this swap! It was perfect! The house is clean, bright, nicely decorated and practical. The neighborhood is quiet, and a supermarket is within walking distance. There are lots of things to do and see in Winchester and less than 1 hour's drive: walk, sea, castle, cathedral, New Forest nature park, Isle of Wight... Very good communication before the stay. We kept in touch on WhatsApp to give each other advice depending on the weather. I highly recommend an exchange with Helena and Rick!
