Typical vineyard cottage in a small village of the Loire Valley

The cottage which has been very recently renovated is simple and cosy. On a ground floor you will find the kitchen and dining area, the lounge and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.
In the front yard there is a patio where you can have a rest in the shade. At the back of the front yard there is a troglotyte cave, and a small garden opposite the house.

Chançay, c'est la campagne! Vous êtes à 20km de Tours, ville historique,à 10 km d'Amboise. Vous pourrez visiter Le château de Chenonceau prés d'Amboise et tous les châteaux de la Loire sont relativement proches.
Vous pourrez vous promener le long de la Loire et prés de la maison il y' a des ballades à faire dans les vignes.
Dans le village il y' a une épicerie-restaurant et à 4 km le village de Vernou avec une boulangerie, une charcuterie et un petit supermarché.
A Amboise il y'a un très grand marché le dimanche matin.
Vous êtes à 2h de Paris à partir de la gare d'Amboise et 1h par le TGV
