A nice appartment very quiet and confortable in southern France just by the sea
85 m2, 3 bedrooms, a lovely kitchen with view on the water. A little balcon very confortable to take coffe outdoor. The appartment is really quiet and the neighbors are friend of mine. The apartment is away from the noisy center of town, but the center of Sète is still nearby, as are the beaches and the lake, which are just 5 minutes away. Small shops are within walking distance and there is a small shaded park for children right next door.

About the neighborhood
Sète is a charming little town with canals, a sort of Venice of the south of France. The town is like a large bridge with the sea on one side and the sea on the other. There are many cultural activities such as music festivals in a wonderful venue called “the theater of the sea,” as well as cinemas and a theater. There are plenty of restaurants where you can eat seafood.
