A cosy family flat in Lisbon.
This is our family home.
A 3 bedroom flat with spacious living and dining room, large kitchen with area for meals, and two bathrooms.
The flat has been renewed recently. Heat pump for hot&cold together with effective windows make it very comfortable and quiet. There is a balcony with a gas barbeque.
Our home is on the 9th floor, in a typical middle-class residential area. Blue metro line and several bus stops can be reached within 5 mins walking (8 metro stations to the centre).
With good road accesses the beach south of Tejo and beautiful Sintra or Cascais are a ride of 20 minutes.
We are new to Intervac but our family has used it for the last decade. Check Intervac member PTOC0716.

A quiet residential quarter in Lisbon.
Good accesses downtown with public transportation and main roads with easy access north and south without crossing the centre.
Summer in Lisbon is perfect to hit the town or have a day by the sea.

The communication with the family was very fluid and helpful. When we arrived in Lisbon, the flat was immaculate and everything was perfectly explained in the texts and pamphlets we found. Also when we arrived home, our flat was perfectly cleaned and tidied. The flat in Lisbon was exactly as it appeared in their web page.

We live and work in Lisbon (bank back office analyst and physicist / IT).
The kids attend primary school next to our home.
On weekends we like heading to the beach south of Tejo or downtown.
