Our home is a detached house with front and rear garden, located in an estate of houses in Wexford town. There are two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs, a bathroom upstairs (bath, shower, WC) and downstairs (shower, WC). We have an open plan kitchen/dining/living space and a separate sitting room downstairs and an extra room upstairs with books and a desk.
Min Ryan Park which has a lovely playground, skatepark etc is just an 8 minute walk from our house.
Wexford is a historical town, built on the river Slaney, very walkable, has lots of shops, bars and restaurants and is home to the National Opera House and the National Heritage Park. Our house is close to supermarkets, churches, local bus stop and a short drive from Wexford's famous beaches and from the Ferry port of ROSSLARE (15-20 min), Johnstown Castle and gardens (8 mins), JF Kennedy Park and Arboretum, Hook lighthouse (30-40min).
Go walking at The Raven/Curracloe beach, Forth Mountain trails and approx an hour's drive will bring you to the Blackstairs, Wicklow and Comeragh mountains for hiking.

Wexford hosts a world famous Opera Festival each year in October, Plein Air Art Festival in July/August
and this year Wexford hosts the All Ireland Music Fleadh (Festival of traditional irish music and dance) from August 3-10th 2025.

Dublin is less than a 2 hour drive and there are numerous buses and trains to the capital from Wexford each day. (Buses from Dublin airport to Wexford every half hour)
