A nice new home (Duplex of 275 sqm) just 10 mlies north of Boulder and the Univ of Colo, 35 miles to Eldora ski area, 35 miles to Rocky Mt. National Park, Denver is 30 miles south. Longmont is a town of 100,000 with lots of services available.

Nærmeste flyplass: Denver International - 45 miles

Located on a quiet neighborhood green this duplex was built in 2020 and is quite comfortable with 2500 sqft living space on two floors. There is a mixture of neighbors to include young families with kids to young professionals to the retired with grandchildren. There are many bike paths and challenging rock climbing venues very nearby.
Eldora Mountain is 35 miles west which has easier ski trails and then of course there is Vail Ski area 120 miles to the west.
There is much to do along the "Front Range" which includes Boulder, Denver, Colorado Springs, Pikes Peak, and Castle Rock. For the ambitious there are 60 mountains over 14,000 feet (12,800m) to the west and south ready to be climbed. Estes Park is 30 miles northwest where there is a river rafting facility.
