A small ground floor flat, close to Perth, with good transport links to the Highlands, Stirling, Glasgow and Edinburgh

Our flat is in a historic terrace of flats that used to be occupied by farm workers in years gone past. It is set in countryside, but is close to Perth (about 3 miles). It is small (2 bedrooms) but has lovely views over the surrounding farmland

It is a good base for exploring, being at the base of the Highlands and less than one hour to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling and Dundee

The flat has ultrafast broadband and Sky / Netflix / Disney+ etc etc
