We live at the end of a Cul de sac on a pond with a home that is surrounded by nature and an abundance of light flooding in from every room. Large floor to ceiling windows look out to the pond where we have a resident heron, many ducks( in spring ducklings) and in the winter months the pond can freeze over with ice skaters, where you can stay cozy by the fireplace enjoying your cup of hot tea or cocoa.. incredibly serene and picturesque year around enjoyment no matter what the season. The decked back yard looks out to private woods, bird feeders and flower gardens.
We live convenient to the Bayside and Oceanside Beaches, a fisherman’s haven ( oysters too!),an abundance of wooded conservation trails including cranberry bogs. The Cape has adorable quaint “ villages” and towns to explore in every direction. We are 8 min. from Harbor where one can rent a charter boat or go on the Whale watch boat and Ferries that daily ( several times,year around) go to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. We are literally 5 minutes to a commuter bus to Bostons Logan airport and 8 minutes from the Hyannis airport which also has commuter flights to Boston and NYC.
Our home is private and a modern, bright place to relax or hang your hat after a long day of exploring. Four new queen beds and a Murphy bed all with 3 full bathrooms await.
