Villa on the hills above Toulon
We live in the hills above Toulon in a very quiet residential area. We are in a housing development with a swimming pool and tennis court.
The house comprises a kitchen, living room, office, toilet, and garage on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, a toilet, and a bathroom.
The plot covers 500m² and is heavily wooded with olive trees, mimosa, cypress.
We are 500 meters on foot from a square where there are all the shops (butcher, bakery, greengrocer, fresh pasta shop, pharmacy). The bus stop is 300 meters on foot from the house.

About the neighborhood
We live in a very quiet residential neighborhood. The house is 5 km from Toulon city center.
In Toulon, you can visit the military port, take the cable car up to Mount Faron for a magnificent view of the harbor and the Hyères Islands, stroll along the Cours Lafayette, famous for its Provençal market, and enjoy a coffee at the port.
There are many tourist attractions to visit in the surrounding area: Sanary-sur-Mer, Bandol, Marseille, Hyères, Porquerolles Island, Bormes-les-Mimosas, and Saint-Tropez.
