Our home is located just outside the historic center of Spello, in a quiet yet very convenient area where everything is within walking distance: the medieval town center, shops, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, and the train station. Spello holds the prestigious Bandiera Arancione quality mark and is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Umbria.

The recently renovated house is composed of two apartments. The space available for exchange is the upper-floor apartment, which includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. It is internally connected to a lower-level tavernetta featuring a second kitchen with laundry.

Outside, the property offers a fenced garden with an outdoor dining area, barbecue, covered parking and relaxing spaces. The yard is also home to three cats (Boci, Paco, Nerina) and one small dog (Sira).

From the property you can step directly onto hiking and biking trails that wind through olive groves and vineyards. The area offers also outdoor activities such fishing, horse riding, paragliding from Monte Subasio, visits to wineries and olive oil mills, and easy access to historic Umbrian towns such as Assisi, Perugia, and Bevagna. Throughout the year, the region hosts festivals, cultural events, and food experiences that celebrate Umbrian tradition.
