Welcome to our bright and cozy top-floor flat, with windows on all sides and a 10m2 south-facing balcony with a lovely view.
We've just completed a renovation of the interior and the roof, including the seven rounded dormer windows which give the flat its character. We also love our new skylight windows, which provide for some amazing northern-light gazing in winter.

About the neighborhood
Kjarvalsstaðir Art Museum and Klambratún park are just across the road - two of our favorite places in the city. Laugavegur, the main shopping street, is 10 minutes away by foot, as is Sundhöllin, the city's oldest swimming pool.
There is a supermarket and some nice bars and cafés just down the road.
