Our modern waterfront home is located on the peaceful Mandurah canals in Halls Head, Western Australia. The house enjoys beautiful water views and a relaxed coastal atmosphere, with outdoor areas perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunsets over the canal.
We are just minutes from beaches, walking paths, cafés, and Mandurah’s marina precinct. Mandurah also has a direct train line to Perth city (about 50 minutes) and convenient connections to Perth Airport.

Relaxed Australian Dutch family helping our son settle into university in the Netherlands
We are a family from Mandurah, Western Australia. We run our own businesses and often work from home, so our lifestyle is both busy and flexible. We are very family-oriented and enjoy quiet evenings at home, often curling up on the couch with a good book and boo the cat, as well as spending time outdoors and staying active.
We live a healthy lifestyle and do not drink or smoke. We take pride in caring for our home and would treat any home we exchange with the same respect.
