Beautiful family home, in southern Austria, surrounded by lakes and mountains
We, a retired couple, together with our daughter and her two small boys, would like to exchange our semi-detached house in Villach, located in the very south of Austria, amidst many lakes and mountains, close to the Italian and Slovenian border.
The house was built in 1986 and has been extended/renovated several times since then. It consists of a living room, 3 bedrooms and all other necessary facilities. There are all modern technical appliances - and a piano. Our large garden is well kept. And we are lucky with wonderful and helpful neighbours.
The family has done 18 house exchanges since 1989.
