Nice appartment in the center of Paris, near buses and metro, in a very peaceful neighbourhood

53 m² square apaartment, with 3 rooms (two bedroom + a living room that can be used as bedroom) + a corridor, a small toilets, small kitchen and a small bathroom.

Appartment and buildings are both of Haussmann style (build in 1880 and renewed recently, beautiful parisian style)

Some muscial instruments, board games and books are left for you to use.

A cat is leaving here, and we cannot always take him with us. So please check if the cat is to take care of or not before coming. Cat is a little shy and very peacefull.

About the neighborhood

The Gobelins is a very nice neighbourhood in Paris. Calm, but very close (less than 5 minute walk) to the well known "Latin quarter" of Paris, that have a lot of bars, restaurants, museums (including the Pantheon), universities and jazz places.
There is all necessary at less than 5 minutes walk for basic shopping (3 supermarkets), a central metro line (number 7), and numerous buses, including night buses lines.

All main Paris touristic places are within 45 minutes walk. (except for montmartre which is around 1:15 mn walk.
