This lovely, private and quiet apartment is on the top floor (3rd. floor) of a well kept apartment building overlooking the sea, with a view of Esjan, Kjarlanes and Snæfellsnes.
With three bedrooms, a livingroom, kitchen and bathroom with a washing machine.
Nice, cosy and feels just like home.
Three bedrooms, each with one bed. One bed is a king size, one is 140cm and the third is also 140 cm.
One bathroom with a laundry machine and a comfortable shower.
Livingroom, dining area and kitchen in an open space.
Free parking on the premise with about 2 minute walk to the apartment.
There is no elevator in the house so guest must be able to walk upp three flights of stairs.

This is a rather large apartment building in Vesturbærinn with a big grocerie store in just about 3 minute walk from the building. A 5 minute walk to the swimming pool and gym, 20 minutes to an outdoor foot-bath and 30 minutes to get to the most beautiful lighthouse. The down-town area or centre is about a 20 minute walk away. There is a bus station right outside the house.

Family looking for fun adventures
I live with my two sons in a lovely apartment building in Reykjavík. I have done home exchanges before and uses Airbnb for over 10 years and am very used to sharing my apartment. We really like visiting new places and hope that you want to come and visit and Iceland and stay at out place.
My sons and I are respectful guests, tidy and quick to respond to messages.
It is not a requirement that we recieve a car where we will be visiting.
I'm a lektor or assitans professor at the Unviersiti of Iceland. My hobbies inlcude reading, theater, hiking, running, yoga, saunas and traveling. My sons are both in schoo and both play badmington. The older one really likes to draw, read and make up stores and the younger one like to hike, fish and go to gymnastic practise.
