Beautiful private flat is Central Phoenix, easy to explore all of Arizona
More of an exclusive area of Phoenix, 15 mins from Airport, easy access to freeways to travel anywhere in Arizona. I recommend to see it all, every city and town is so unique. Free easy car parking in front of my home, famous walking path for morning strolls, lot's of excellent restaurants and pubs with 1-2 miles. Excellent for bike riding. Very nice guesthouse, everything high end. We even include digital television from around the world so you can stay connected. My family loves to meet people from around the world. We travel extensively in and out of the US.
Arizona is so unique with the towns like Tombstone, Bisbee, Wickenburg, Sedona, and Flagstaff all within a 2 hour drive.
World class shopping in Scottsdale, Az which is a 10 minute drive. Walking to locations in Arizona is not realistic, our cities are so large driving is necessary. There are lots of Ubers, Waymos (no driver), and a light rail. Very affordable. You can experience an American Barbeque as you have access to an outdoor kitchen and huge covered area. If you want you can shop for a flight to the Grand Canyon in a small plane, this is affordable and common. You can hike down the Grand Canyon as well if you are ambitious enough. I can help with any questions you may have. There are also several wineries about an hour drive, one of our favorite things to do. Go visit Montezuma's Castle (American Indian ancient dwelling). I played in it as a child. Only open to view it now. Visit the red rocks of Sedona. Known for "healing vibes". Quite noticeable when you visit the town. Downtown Phoenix has music and lot's of cultural things to do. Or go to Tombstone and watch a simulated gunfight.
Our sunrises and sunsets are always spectacular. I have an excellent coffee machine in the guesthouse that is necessary to have for a sunrise......
Consider Arizona, it's quite different and unique....

We are both retired, i am flexible with travel dates. I can be in my home while my guesthouse is used. It's totally private and you can come and go if you please. It may be more helpful if we are home, we can show you how to use all the amenities. |

About the neighborhood
Very private, family oriented. If you go for a walk please be sure to say hello to everyone as they will say hello to you. Very safe neighborhood. This neighborhood is very close to downtown Phoenix and sought after by professionals such as doctors and lawyers as we are close to hospitals, courthouses, and other government buildings. As a result, the neighborhood is full of doctors and lawyers. So you are safe......

I retired in Sept 2025 after 38 years of development work. My wife and I raised two kids, all grown up now, my son is a Software Engr and my daughter is an Interior Designer. We have a private guesthouse that is very nice and has all the amenities found in a home. We live in a very exclusive area in Phoenix Arizona.
The flat I'm offering is in excellent shape and includes the entire rear garden, pool, hot tub, outside kitchen, and fire pit. Private access, you don't need to check with us in the main house as you come and go.
There are many towns to visit from here that are short drives (1-2 hours): (Grand Canyon is 4hr drive)
Sedona, Tombstone, Bisbee, Jerome, Grand Canyon, Cornville, Carefree, Wickenburg, just to name a few.
My wife and I travel extensively, we would like to host some visitors from other countries via home swapping.
Arizona is a place all Europeans should visit. My extended family lives just outside of Venezia and they love Arizona, (especially our year round sunsets)....
Don't come in the summer, it's too hot, it has the best weather in the United States during the winter. We have a private swimming pool and hot tub for visitors as well if you do decide to come in the summer, this is up to you.
I am an outdoor person, I have hunted and fished in Arizona my entire life. My wife and I a adjusting to me being retired. I worked very hard for decades and am ready to slow down. Give Arizona some thought......
