About the neighborhood

Quiet neighborhood has wide roads, lots of trees, and gentle people. Novato is not a multi-home development city like the ones in Arizona or in films like Spielberg's "ET". Instead, it is a town surrounded by walkable and hikeable scenic hills that are the epitome of what you think about as a "Northern California environment"...no smog and no Los Angeles-style congestion.
