Located 500 m from the sea. 18 flats in total in the compound.
Our home is on the second floor. It is basic but it functions v well. There are two showers, no baths, heated by an electric immersion. The main bedroom is en-suite. The smallest bed room has bunk beds and third bedroom has two single beds. There are ceiling fans fitted in each bedroom as well as the salon. The salon benefits from air conditioning. The pool is not generally used in winter months. The communal garden is maintained weekly. There is a bus line v nearby which will bring you into the city centre, every 20/25 minutes depending on the season. The city also has a train station connecting it to Cádiz, Seville, Madrid etc.

About the neighborhood
The area is quiet in winter. It’s flat so it’s easy to get around on foot unless you want to reach the beach where you will need to climb up and down steps. There is a fabulous boardwalk that runs parallel to the beach. There are nice restaurants too, which are open all year. There is an Indian, Italian and pub a minute away.

Retired couple looking to travel for an adventure
