Family house with garden in the heart of Reims
Our house is quietly located 15 minutes walk from the city center and the famous Cathedral of Reims.
Our family house has a garden, so you will enjoy the calm and beautiful outdoor space while being in the immediate vicinity of all shops, restaurants-bars, center of historical interest and the Central Station REIMS (Paris 40 'by TGV).
My husband being a cabinet maker, we have restored our house between the charm of the old, spirit and modernity.
We have 3 kids, Gaspard 13, Siméon 11, Romy 5 years old.
Friendly and warm house on 2 floors, it is ideal for a large family or holidays with friends. It has all the necessary comfort to spend an unforgettable stay. On the ground floor, you will find a large living room to welcome large tables open on a fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessary equipment for cooking.
The 4 bedrooms are equipped in the following way: a master bedroom with a king size bed, 3 children's bedrooms single bed.
On each floor you will find a bathroom each equipped with a bath and shower, and a toilet.

About the neighborhood
We live in a very quiet area with lots of family and public garden. It is located 5 minutes by car or tram from the Cathedral and monuments of the city center. Parking is very easy on the street and free. There is a food market 2 minutes walk on Thursday morning.
At 100 meters you will find shops : bakery, pharmacy, food shops ...
We propose a small guide allowing you to have the good addresses: visits, escapades, shopping, restaurant
The famous Champagne houses are in a close area : Krug, Veuve Cliquot, Pommery, Ruinatt, Mum, Palmer, Castelnau ....

Nous sommes un couple avec 3 enfants Gaspard (13 ans), Siméon ( 11 ans) et Romy ( 5 ans).
Baptiste est ébéniste et je travaille dans la communication & marketing. Passionnée de couture j'ai également un petit atelier à la maison.
Nous aimons les voyages, partir en week-end et profiter de la vie.
Nous souhaitons pouvoir échanger notre maison pour des longs week-ends, ou vacances scolaires.
