A home in the redwood forest with ocean nearby

The home is on 3/4th of an acre surrounded by beautiful, huge redwood trees, down a country lane. The setting is peaceful and visited by deer, fox, skunks (!), birds, bobcats, and the occasional bear. The home is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp for the entry, and has a bedroom with an ADA (disability friendly) bathroom. Well kept, clean, minimal, uncluttered.

About the neighborhood

The home is in a small country neighborhood, with about 8 houses on the lane. Tranquil community, with many trails, beaches, restaurants and a casino nearby, within 5 minutes drive. Close to the quant, tourist town of Trinidad, also about a 5 minute drive. College town of Arcata is a 20 minutes drive south, and Eureka, with theatre, bars, a picturesque pier and many restaurants is 30 minutes south. North of Trinidad is Sumeg Stage Park with coastal trails, and south of Eureka is the well-known Avenue of the Giants which is a 31 mile alternate trail for the 101 through the heart of the majestic redwoods. Many rivers in all directions, within an hour drive.
