Mobilevan swap vs Authentic village villa in the beautiful Flemish Ardennes
Important notice:
I'm looking for someone who would like a comfortable base to work from and will look after my dogs while I temporarily use their campervan to travel through France.
I live in a lovely little village villa dating from 1933, in the charming village of Rozebeke, in the Flemish Ardennes. Everything has been furnished with a great love of beauty and authenticity.
Ground floor: spacious kitchen (27m²) and living area (31 m²)
First floor: a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed (I can add another single bed here if needed), a lovely, light and modern bathroom
The garden is landscaped with insect-friendly plants. There is a lovely terrace adjoining the house. The garden faces south-west, so you can fully enjoy the evening sun
It’s a rural area. Rozebeke is a designated quiet area. You can head straight out into nature. Peace, quiet, sweeping views and small streams are everywhere.

About the neighborhood
You’re right in the heart of the Flemish Ardennes, known for its hills and the ‘Tour of Flanders’ cycle race.
There are also organic shops in the immediate vicinity. Towns aren’t too far away, but you’ll still need a car. The nearest major city is Ghent. Bruges and Brussels are an hour’s drive away and are also easily accessible by train. The coast is also an hour’s drive away.

Consious living with an open heart in search for beauty & authenticity
I love the place I live, my house, garden, dogs, the people around me and the Flemish Ardennes. I'm on my way to a new chapter in search for a live that allows me to be authentic and joyful. That's why I want to make a special journey to Marseille and back. On this trip I want to follow my heart.
